In some cases it may be necessary to grant access to your Salesforce organization for GrinMark support team. This will help the support team to effectively debug and resolve functional and security issues.

Go to personal settings of the Salesforce user. Normally this is the user who installed GESync. Choose Grant Account Login Access or Grant Login Access.
